How hot is the Original vs Extreme? +
Original is the everyday one. Enough heat that you notice, never so much that you stop tasting your food. Extreme is the same mango sauce with Moruga scorpion chillies in the mix. It builds and it lingers. Neither is meant to hurt. I make flavour first, not sauce you need to sign a waiver for.
What are the ingredients? +
Mango & Habanero: mango, habanero, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, onion, garlic, lime, cumin, salt, maple syrup. Hot Honey: 100% Australian honey and chillies (aji limón and a Carolina Reaper × Chocolate Moruga Scorpion cross). That's the whole list. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in anything I make.
Where do your ingredients come from? +
The chillies start in my backyard. When the garden can't keep up, I buy the rest from Aussie growers. The mangoes I buy myself, straight from the farmers market. The honey is Australian. The label says made in Australia from at least 95% Australian ingredients, and that's the truth.
How should I store it? +
Hot sauce: somewhere cool and dark until you open it, then in the fridge. Shake it before you pour, because it's real fruit and it settles. It can darken a bit over time. That's normal and it tastes the same. Hot honey lives in the pantry, no fridge needed.
Do you ship Australia-wide? +
Yep, anywhere in Australia with Australia Post. Under $50 it's a flat $12.95 for Parcel Post (usually 3–7 business days). Over $50 it's free. Need it faster? Express Post is at checkout, at whatever Australia Post charges. Glass is heavy and postage isn't cheap, which is exactly why the free shipping line is there.
Do you deliver locally? +
Yes, and I drive it myself. I do a weekly run across Sydney and surrounds. It's $5, free over $50, and always free in Merrylands and Merrylands West (2160), because that's my neighbourhood. Minimum order is $25. Order by Thursday 8pm and I'll have it to you by Saturday midday. Miss the cut-off and it goes on next week's run. If you're in my area, local delivery shows up as an option at checkout.

Can I return it? +
It's food, so I can't take back opened bottles. But if something turns up broken or I've sent you the wrong thing, email me within 7 days and I'll sort it out. That's on me, not you.
Is it vegan / gluten-free? +
The Mango & Habanero is vegan and gluten-free. The Hot Honey is honey, so it's not vegan (sorry, bees). Everything is made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens.
