SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all states and territories in Australia with Australia Post, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Orders under $50: a flat $12.95 for Australia Post Parcel Post (usually 3–7 business days after dispatch). Express Post (usually 1–3 business days) is also available at live Australia Post prices, shown at checkout before you pay.

Local delivery: we run our own weekly delivery across Sydney and surrounds. It's $5, free on orders of $50 or more, and always free in Merrylands and Merrylands West (2160). Minimum order $25. If your address is in our delivery area, the option appears at checkout.

Order by Thursday 8pm and we'll deliver by Saturday midday on our weekly run. Orders after Thursday 8pm go on the next week's run. We'll email you when your order is out for delivery and again once it's delivered.

Australia Post orders are packed and sent within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees. Regional and remote areas can take longer, and delays can happen during peak periods and bad weather.

We don't ship internationally at the moment.
